(Griffith NSW)The grapes for this sparkling wine were picked in March and sourced from the Rivernina New South Wales with small parcels from vineyards in South Australia and Victoria. The free run portions of Semillon and Chardonnay were used in this wine to maintain the light delicate floral fruit aromas. A portion of the juice for this wine was fermented then held on lees to add complexity and body. The balance was cold fermented in stainless steel to enhance the fruit characters. Tasting notes Aromas of straw citrus and apple from the Semillon combine beautifully with the peach and dried fig aromas of the Chardonnay. The fine effervescence enhances the clean fresh flavours and aromas while helping the finish to remain crisp as it lingers in the mouth.
*** Sparkling Pink ***A classic sparkling wine that derives its attractive salmon pink hue from the inclusion of a small amount of selected premium red wine. The complex floral bouquet is followed by delicate fruit and creamy flavours leading to a crisp clean finish.
Various Vineyards; South Australia Victoria and New South Wales The wine has a delicate pale gold colour with a fine bead and a mouth-filling mousse. The bouquet shows subtle bread yeast aromas paired with fresh rich fruit character. The wine is full flavoured yet elegant in structure showing a soft full round palate and generous fruit flavours balanced by refreshing acidity and a clean crisp dry finish. Serve chilled as an aperitif.
Various Vineyards VIC and SA Seppelt has always been associated with producing fine sparkling wine at just the right price. Their lower end bubbly is very well priced and is also well made. This is a full flavoured bubbly with a creamy texture showing an excellent balance of elegant fruit and refreshing lively acidity finishing dry with a soft lingering finish.

(Multiple Regions) Emeri has been a favourite sparkler of many Winemakers Choice staff members where it has achieved notoriety due to its delicious fruit sweet flavours. Emeri is an unpretentiously simple sparkling with lovely juiciness.
Light straw in colour and has a persistent bead. It is a full and generous wine with a lovely mouthfeel and creamy mousse. It is fresh with a classy crisp clean finish. The wine displays melon pineapple and citrus characteristics.
