(Riverina NSW)Bearing testament to the quality of the fruit that De Bortoli can obtain from their growers this Semillon Chardonnay blend consists of mature Semillon with ripe Chardonnay combined with soft oak treatment producing a lovely rich dry length of flavour.
Riverland SAHints of green highlight a pale straw colour while fresh lifted tropical fruit aromas are enhanced by subtle citrus and vanillin oak nuances. A crisp clean palate also exhibits the aforementioned fruit characters along with enough acidity to keep the wine honest.
