(Western Australia)A new wine from this high achieving label this comes from an excellent vintage with a clever blend of Merlot with a little Cabernet in it for structure leading to an excelent BBQ wine that works particularly well in this context.

A deliciously fruity red. Ruby red in colour with a lively nose of fresh stawberries cassis and cherries. The palate is fruity bursting with ripe raspberry and black cherry flavours. A perfect wine for the barbie! ...or just to sip on its own.

(Margaret River WA)A new wine from this high achieving label this comes from an excellent vintage with a clever blend that works particularly well in this context.

King Valley VIC Crimson in colour the wine has lifted aromas of blackberries cherries and hints of delicate oak. The palate is rich with berry fruit flavours a juicy mouth feel and fine persistent tannins. Best enjoyed young this wine is superb as a barbeque wine matching well with barbecued gourmet sausages served with mixed leaf salad and fresh crunchy bread. Similarly it is the perfect partner to a simple pasta dish brimming with fresh tomato chargrilled eggplant herbs black olives and a generous splash of good quality olive oil.

(Various Vic) A soft and sweet red with just a touch of frizzante (a very light fizz) the Dolcetto Syrah is a lovely light styled wine that is largely unheard of in Australia.

(Victoria)An unusual savoury red from this all conquering winery. Delicious savoury Shiraz with the berry aromatics and palate softness from the dolcetto. Excellent juicy stuff.

(Clare Valley SA) A rich full flavoured red from this very successful Clare winery showing distinct Cabernet aromatics on a reasonably fleshy palate edged with enough structure for improvement with some short term cellaring.
