(Northern NSW) Australia's best known Chambourcin comes from an area not normally regarded as wine country yet it works surprisingly well. Chambourcin itself is ideally suited to warm conditions making Northern NSW reasonably suitable. This Chambourcin is known for its soft earthy flavours of cherry & spice with fine tannins. Its quite a nice medium bodied 'lunch time' red.
